Cons: didn't work, lousy customer service, returned unit still wasn't fixed.
Summary: What an awful experience! My husband bought me the recorder for my birthday. We burned a few DVDs, mostly of home movies, and they played fine on the actual unit. We didn't try playing them on another recorder until we traveled home for Christmas. To ... read more

Cons: installation was not trouble-free; does not automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time
