Pros: reusable microfiber cloths, curved handle Cons: compostable sweeping cloths stink, doesn't swivel or fit into small areas well
Summary: My bathroom closet contains approximately 7 different floor cleaning objects including a broom, Swiffer Sweeper, Swiffer WetJet, and a S
cooba.
Why did I need the method Omop? The truth is that I didn't need it. ... read more

Pros: Reusable mopping pad, non-toxic cleaning formulation, pleasant scent with no chemical headache. Cons: Sweeper cloths aren't so effective and refill somewhat expensive.
Summary: I have wood floors of varying condition in my 50+ year old house and 3 active boys running across them. My floors get dirty -- such is life. For most part I had been using my Hoover Floormate (which I adore!) but often I just want to touch up the floor ... read more

Pros: Does a good job cleaning, easy to use Cons: Some design issues.
Summary: I was excited to read the reviews here on Epinions for the Omop, it brings together three things I like. Method products, which I like for their non-toxic-ness, the company’s green philosophy and great scents. The Lemon Ginger floor cleaner, I’m on a ... read more

Pros: it does not take a rocket scientist to put this product together its easy Cons: As far as the negative aspects of this product i have not found any yet
Summary: I'd pick this product over the swiffer any day. The great thing about this kit is that right out of the box it only takes seconds to put together.Right out of the box it is as simple as 1 2 3. My 6 year old nephew can even do it. At first glance I just ... read more

Pros: All-in-one effective cleaning, non-toxic, mop pad is machine washable Cons: Sweeping cloths and floor cleaner may get spendy when purchased on their own

Pros: well-designed mop, microfiber does a great job, nice lemon ginger cleaner Cons: curved shape is awkward at first, compostable sweeping cloths are a gimmick
Summary: I confess to a touch of sour grapes. Because I couldn't find a mop I liked, I developed a philosophical crankiness toward mops in general. Reusable spongy or ropey mops were spreaders of dirty water and breeding grounds for bacteria. Disposable ... read more

Pros: I like what they are made of. I like the responsible packaging. Cons: Construction sucks and I wasted $20 on a brand I thought I could trust.
Summary: I have used and loved method surface cleaning products for a long time. When it was time to replace my Swiffer wet jet I wanted to try the Method mop because I felt like it was less wasteful environmentally and monetarily. I was very excited I read the

Pros: Cool design. Good company. Nice smell for the cleaning product. Nice packaging. Cons: Don't bother buying it. Breaks after a few uses. Not easy to use.
Summary: I bought a Omop a few months ago right when it came out. I am a sucker for new cool products. It is really not that well made. Very hard to push around. After only a few times using, the handle went flying off today. The handle is made of plastic
