Pros: Great graphics. Extremely realistic. Cons: Can get boring at times.
Throughout the years, Microsoft Flight Simulator has evolved into quite a masterpiece. Unlike many year-to-year games such as EA's NHL series, Microsoft Flight Simulator adds large amounts of great features each year. I have both flight simulator 1998 ...
Pros: Great Graphics, ATC a welcome addition Cons: It is a large program, good memory and fast processor recommended.
Recently I upgraded from Flight Simulator 98 to FL2002 Profesional Edition. I have to say I was more than impress. The level of realisism is outstanding, not to mention so accurate. To start the planes are just perfect and my favorite is the...
Pros: Updated graphics engine looks great! ATC finally included. Professional includes editors. Cons: Requires a fast machine. Some small bugs, especially in training.
The latest in the Microsoft Flight Simulator series is even better than before. In a languishing market for flight simulators, Microsoft has managed to add another version to the series that finally begin to take advantage of the horsepower available in...
Since the release of the first flight simulator by Microsoft, it has received nothing but praises for it's realistic flight models and dynamics. Flight Simulator 2002 Pro is no exception.
The most notable evolution from the previous Flight...

I have owned every version of Microsoft Flight Simulator from version 5.0 all the way to the latest version, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 Professional Edition, with the exception of Flight Simulator 95. This is a great commercial and general aviation...
Pros: Outstanding graphics and sounds, completely amazing compared to previous releases ... MUST BUY! Cons: Can be a bit too much for older computers

MS Flight Simulator 2002 Professional Edition by simuladores ,May 02 '04
Pros: It offers nice precision and realism. Variety of stuff. Cons: It needs better tracking glide slope and localizer.
Very nice flight simulator, for either beginners or real world pilots, to "play" (I personally think that one can get a lot of practice and fun-learning-time with the MS Flight Simulator 2002 Pro Edition, depending on one's approach, personal aviation knowledge etc.) or learn.
I think the Flight Simulator program needs a capable computer to run it nicely. I have used a Compaq 1200 (already kind of old!) 800Mhz Intel, upgraded to 320Mb SDRAM from 128Mb.to run the simulator program. But I imagine that people with faster computers are taking all it can offer.
