Don't buy a SHARP microwave, they breakdown. SHARP does not respond reasonably when faced with reports of breakdowns. Sharp does not care about their customers' circumstances.

Bought the Sharp because it looked great and had a unique touch pad screen. The touch pad screen broke 3 times in the 3 years . . .

Avoid this microwave. Its prone to failure and service fees are high for the average consumer. Poor quality by design!
