Pros: Helps the IM-addicted move away from the computer, for a brief while anyway.
Cons: Installation problems couldn't be solved by Motorola.
I finally got it working, but it was not easy. And dealing with Motorola's tech support was a nightmare. The product is appealing to people who are truly addicted to IM. In my house, that means it is used by teenagers who have their own ...
