Pros: Easy to obtain, easy to install. Would be powerful if it worked.

Pros: Positively nothing.
Cons: Absolutely everything.

Is there any way to rate this 'software' with a quarter of a star instead of a whole one? "Please wait and your phone will be recognized and setup automatically..."? Nothing whatsoever occurs with my RAZR V3 attached. Updates are useless. Installing anything from the CD is useless. When will people get fed up and revolt against this sort of robbery? I am severely unable to stretch my imagination enough to find anything positive about this product.

Pros: Make own ringtones and put own pictures on phone
Cons: Sometimes have to turn computer on with phone already plugged in.

Well my wife told me about this and I thought this should be cool. Then I found out you could actually make your own ringtones which I loved because they never have the ringtones I actually want!
