Pros: Removes tough stains with minimal effort. Cons: If you scrub too hard, it will remove paint.
6/7/04 UPDATE: I spilled a drop of ink on my medium-pile carpet from a calligraphy pen. After I dabbed it with a tissue, it left a splotchy blue mark so I figured I would give the magic eraser a try (couldn't hurt, right?). It took it out! I swear to ...

Pros: Makes cleaning fun, well temporarily. A must have or try item. Cons: Not really, they do fall apart but I think it's normal
These just showed up at my house one day, a friend that was helping us paint and install new windows said "You've got to try these". I had these black marks and scuff marks all over my new vinyl windows, some were actual permanent felt pin marks that ...

Pros: Gets dirt out efficiently and without a messy application. Very cost-effective. Cons: Breaks up easily into crumbly little parts after multiple use.
Why I bought this product: I happened to come across a box of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers in the front sale section at Wal-Mart and picked up a box of 2 to try out to clean our bathtub (which has had stubborn water stains for quite sometime). I had ...

Pros: Works as good as they say on the commercials. Cons: Can leave stainless steel looking a bit dull - but it's still clean.
I hate housework. I REALLY hate housework. So when a new product comes out that can help me do it as quickly and painlessly as possible... I'm all over it. When I saw the TV commercial for the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, I thought skeptically, "Yeah, ...

Pros: Economical for powerful cleaning. Ease of use. Disposable. Cons: You've wasted time with other products when this one was all you needed!
I know I shouldn't be attached or love so much these things...but I do love my lap top and my VW! And things are meant to get dirty! But my lap top and VW shall stay clean as long as I live! And this is where Mr. Clean has come through. Yeah, I ...

Pros: Gets off crayon, and cleans the scuffs off floors. Cons: Runs dirty water down the wall.
I received a free sample of these in the mail about a year or so ago. I used it to clean the scuff marks off my kitchen floor. They did a fantastic job at that and I bought more. I put them in my cleaning closet and had not really had a use for them ...

Pros: Easily cleans smudges from walls and floors. It's easy to use and doesn't scratch. Cons: The sponge can get used up fast. Some paint surfaces can lighten or discolor.
I picked up this cleaning product at our local dollar store. The clerk picked it up during check-out and she gave it a big thumbs-up. "These really, REALLY work." she volunteered. With that enthusiastic recommendation, I took home the Magic Eraser with ...

Pros: works like magic, neat design, little effort needed to clean large areas, great value Cons: can't figure out what it's made of!
After reading wonderful testimonials and hearing my mother rave about the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, I was excited to buy them myself. They were about $4 for a four pack at the supermarket, minus a $1 coupon in the newspaper. They look like white sponges ...

Pros: Works GREAT on tough cleaning jobs! Cons: Doesn't last, can burn skin!
I know there are 200+ reviews here, so the odds of this one getting much press are low, however, I felt I had to add my opinion here. First, I’ll start with the positives! I really do LOVE the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers!! I have a rather porous ...

Pros: Don't smell, don't leave residue Cons: Unable to reuse, tear easily
I had seen the TV advertisements indicating that the new Mr. Clean Magic Erasers would remove marks from walls, since I moved in to my new house, I had a few "scuffs" on the walls from where furniture had scraped up against the walls so I thought I'd ...

Pros: Easy to use, no chemicals involved Cons: It doesn't work on all surfaces
I was looking for a way to clean the shower easier. We have an all white tile shower with glass door and stainless steel accents. The soap scum and grime was not easily removed with my other spray on and sponge off cleaners. So, I bought the Magic Eraser ...

Pros: It's everything it promises to be and more! Cons: ______________________________________________________
I decided to give this item a try when I saw it at my local Home Depot. They had some on a table and people were using a red crayon on floor tile. They used the sponge and all of it came up! So I bought my box of magic erasers for about $3.99 which I ...

Pros: Magically takes away many stains; makes white things white again! Cons: Crumbles too easily; can ruin some surfaces.
I love shining things. I always have. It's not that I like working so much, it's just that I enjoy watching things get clean and knowing that, through my work, it became clean. That's why I enjoy Mr. Clean Magic Eraser so much. Not only does a ...
