Pros: ease of use, good tea Cons: pitcher must be hand washed
Summary: Our family has really enjoyed this product. I'm drinking iced tea as I type. We use tea that is specifically for iced tea and have had no problems with cloudiness. We add sugar on top of the ice and brew away for a pretty darn good glass of sweet tea.
