Richard Stoltzman - Dreams

Pros: Rich tone, eclectic selection, delightful balance of genres.
Cons: None I can think of. Stolzman is addictive.

Stoltzman offers an album to dream by, relax with or revel in depending on the listener's mood. This delightful grouping of works soars with Stoltzman's artistrym, tones so rich they could be a food group. The selections are eclectic, from Brahms Lullaby to "Walking in the Air", the haunting melody from the animated short movie, "The Snowman". I first heard this album in a friend's collection in the 1990s; it was my introduction to Richard Stoltzman. Years later, I tracked down the album for my own collection and will never let it get away again.
