I am very happy with the service at mydivert phone line and have been a customer since July 2009. We have a  Toronto line which has always been reliable.
I do wish the owners would introduce a direct debit,or recurring payment, system rather than sending email asking customers to add funds. This is not always convenient. Besides this small complaint I would rate the service very well. Most certainly very cost effective and preferable to using phone cards I find.

I have 2 DIDs in Japan with MyDivert. Support is awesome. They always reply so quick. Time difference with Japan plays role too, but not for support. It sometimes makes me wonder when they sleep :) Whether is weekend or weekday, answers always comes quick.  I found that they try to do everything to help you. Highly recommended service.

I am really satisfied by their quick and effective support. I am using my divert for last one year and i satisfied with its performance and working. I want to recommend it to my friends. I also find it cost effective (best) to receive calls but little bit expensive for out going call as compared to some other VOIP services but still it is cheaper to call using it as compared to many big marks of voip telephone.
Very user friendly website and you can see history of all call even miss calls and unconnected calls also.

I attempted to sign up for the account, and paid 10 Euros for the initial credit through my PayPal account.
MyDivert.com responded that they did not activate my account since my PayPal account is not verified and requested that I send them a copy of my ID and a copy of my recent bill.
This sounds very much along the line of Nigerian prince type of scam than a valud business.
Be Aware!

we were setting up some international lines for ourcompany and had some questions.   After sending some eails to ask various things I received quite a sarcastic eail saying that the purchase of a line is less than a packet of cigarettes yet I am asking loads of questions!  Didn't think the attitude was very professional.  Other than that, has ben easy to set up etc. although disadvantage is that they don't do extensions (which we need in a company), but their prices are very reasonable.  Would probably be ideal for residential or very small companies.

We have just ordered a DID 1 week ago, and the support answered to all our questions in less than 1hour!

The quality of the service is good so far. We use Asterisk.

Support works fine, I have problems installing number, they have solved problems in some minutes. Fine service. It seems all problems there can be solved.

i bought some phone numbers to advertise my plumbing business in the england leeds yellow pages i then diverted  the numbers to my bt land line when a customer rings me they is no ring tone  and my divert cant do any thing my yellow page add cosy me £7000 and i am going bankrupt  thanks to my divert so beware

Excellent call service, the site it is very friendly to consult and the support service is excellent. I did not hesitated to recommend MyDivert to my friends. 

MyDivert.com is a very unprofessional company, they always charge higher rate to the end users, and i do not recommend any one signing up with mydivert.com, they are cheat and fraud, and they misbehave with their customers, I do not recommend anyone to get any sort of service with this company while other companies can provide much better service at lower rate than mydivert provides. they do not provide any customer support and they can not keep their promses, and they are a dirty and bogus company having false claims that they have service to so many destinations.
