Pros: Relatively quick and painless face recognition and great-looking morphs; FREE!
Cons: Does not have the ability to block out matches over the age of "XX."

Summary: This is a review of the celebrity look-a-like and photo morphing features of http://www.myheritage.com. I accessed the site through the latest Firefox version, using Windows Vista Home Premium, with no problems. I did not explore the family tree ... read more

Pros: Free with as many features as many paid programs. Limited, but free, web storage.
Cons: Must access "Preferences" to change data storage location. Frequently asks to publish data to web.

  • I hate this software

    Feb 23 '09
Pros: The web site is kind of fun, the searches can be okay.
Cons: worst - it takes over your browser. cumbersome to navigate. Sourcing information is joke.

Summary: If you are serious about genealogy and value your sources, skip this software. I was appalled at the focus on unnecessary glitz and glamor at the expense of real value in use. The navigation is cumbersome and slow if you have a large family file.
