You never want to join up. They will send books you did not order and charge you credit card arbitrarily. You will not get the books you order. Their customer service is abysmal. They are nasty, NEVER stop talking when you have a problem, have no sense

Terrible!!!

Our overall satisfaction was "0". After ordering and paying for several books, my wife got a past due notice for $57+ even though she knew she wasn't delinquent. She sent proof that the bill in question had been paid. Now they say she owes only $14.
