I am still waiting on a credit from Buy.com for a 9/19/04 purchase of the same item that never arrived. I had to dispute on my credit card because buy.com doesn't respond.
Newegg sent the product the next day and I received it in 2 more days. Awesome! I'll shop here again.

This was exactly the kind of internet ordering for which I was looking. No high pressure follow-up sales calls. No advertising of a item at a great price, only to find out it's not really in stock and may never be. The item was in stock; shipped on the day promised and received when stated; and no one trying to sell me something I did not want. Keep up the good work! ;)
