When I didn't receive tracking information, I had to call to find out what happened since the website claims orders will be processed in 1 to 2 days. It was the 4th day and I still had nothing. I tried to call but no results, so I emailed. My inquiry was handled promptly and satisfactorily. I am just disappointed I had to take any action on this order.
