The price couldn't be beat. I selected this vendor because they were located geographically close (Brooklyn) and it was "in stock" and I needed the microphones for a meeting the next week. However, they were out of the product in Brooklyn and had to have it shipped from CA which added a few days. There of course was a snow storm to slow things up so not completely their fault with the delay. Customer Service was attentive and called me up every day to discuss the progress. Now On Sale is really a front for Lanzar.
In the end I got the product as I requested... just a few days late but in time for the meeting...lucky for them my meeting got canceled due to snow as well. I did order it ground so there was no guarantee when I would get the mics. But when they offered overnight at $50 I thought it was over the top... it would have been good if they either split it with me or covered it.

My shopping experience with now on sale is fine, i have had problems with the delivery carrier airborne express. it was received at the station in my town on 1/26. I had to call on 1/31 to find out why it had not been sent out for delivery. I was informed that it was an unspecified driver error and they didn't have any other answers. I was called and told it would be delivered on 1/31. I called on 1/31 at night and was told they did not know why it hadn't been delivered and it would be delivered the next day. The box is destroyed and looks like it has been stepped on. I am sure this is also the fault of the delivery carrier. I would recommend that NowOnSale use a new delivery carrier.

I ordered through this merchant due to the price being better than any other place I had found. I had done my homework. I spent hours online searching out the best juicer for the best price possible. Then when Epinions showed such a high rating for Now On Sale I assumed the experience would be good. And overall it was good, but definitely not great. It said my order was in stock and that it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. I placed my order just after midnight on Saturday night/Sunday morning and did not get a tracking number showing that it had been shipped until the following Thursday. Being the fact that I had originally gone with the basic shipping cost, my order was shipped UPS ground, it took more than a week to get to my house from the Thursday that it was shipped. I did call throughout this experience and the customer service was helpful as far as being able to tell me whether it had been shipped or not. But other than that they really couldn't do much for me. I realize at that point it was in UPS' hands, but I felt the merchant should have sent it out as they promised (in 1-2 business days). It would have been here days sooner, which was very important in my situation. I just didn't expect it to take so long.

Because of our recent moving from a different state we ran into an issue with our credit card and the mailing address which is the reason for the delay and I must say Michael contacted me twice to resolve this problem and each time he was extremely professional and his follow-up was very good. Thank you for having such a great customer service representative.
Although we still have not received the product it was not due to any issue with your company. Keep up the good work.

Return/refund policies unacceptable, but didn't need to worry about them since the item I wanted was out of stock. When notified that item was out of stock, because of return policy I had anxiety that I would not be refunded but would have to choose something else. My card was refunded just fine, but still I worried. I probably wouldn't go back to shop there for anything else.
