The dehumidifier I bought does not work. I had to call to the 800 number of Haier appliances to get a technician to come to my house to look at it (coming on 16 August!). So I am NOT happy with my purchase--a brand-new machine that does not work & a service man must come (2 weeks late) to fix it. I am not happy--and I still don't know what is the trouble. Buying an appliance & then waiting 2 weeks to see why it doesn't work is not my idea of good service.

I checked with many different merchants on-line. I found the merchant with the best deal. I saved a lot of money. I got just what I wanted and I was able to track the product. It came right on time. This has been probably my best purchase on-line.

I just received an e-mail that my order has been delayed, so I don't yet know how satisfied I will be with the condition of the product. I appreciate the notification and the retailer does offer to allow me to not accept the shipment and return the product at no cost to me if it is received too late for my purposes. That is good service. Not sure if I would shop with this merchant again.

Competitive on some items, not on others. On a different item, NowOnSale's price was double Amazon's, so make sure you comparison shop each item. Billing and delivery were of the no muss, no fuss variety; it all worked as it should. Product arrived actually before I expected it by a day or so, in good condition. Outer box was slightly dented, but the product was not compromised or damaged.
