had to return the item immediately after receiving it due to duplication...was not able to receive a refund on my credit card and had to take a credit for a future purchase..the items to purchase at the web site were very limited and not that cheap. Very dissappointed. Ended up buying something I really didn't need just to use up the credit. Won't use them again.

I received a can opener that is not what I expected. The web site had a gold medal pop-up stating that everything could be returned within 30 days. I decided that I wanted to return the can opener. I must have a document from NowOnSale.com to do so. I received the product on day1, e-mailed a request for a return form on day2, and then received an e-mail from NowOnSale asking why I wanted to make the return on day4. It is now a week since I received the product and still have not received the return form. In the meantime, I bought a similar product from Walmart for less and can return it at any time without any questions or cost. I consider the can opener from NowOnSale a charity gift and a $24 lesson in never shopping with that site again.

My order was delayed. The company did call, but the person was not very friendly. I had paid for three day express delivery, but she orginally stated that it would only be one day late. I told her that was unacceptable, so she did finally offered to send my order by two day express at no cost so I would receive it on time. She said the delay was due to the Memorial day holiday, but they should have shipped it before the holiday.

the box that the viper alarm system came in was really beat up and looked like someone had tampered with it. When i opened up and looked inside i found that a crucial part to the system was missing. Everything that was supposed to come with the order came except for the 4-button remote that is used to access most of the alarm features. In your advertisement on www.nowonsale.com, the remote is in the picture and it is also listed in the supplies that come with the box. I request a remote be shipped to me or if that is not possible i request that my money be given back and i will return the alarm system. Thank you for your time.

I received my item in perfect condition a day earlier than expected. The price was very good and the shipping was free, plus there was a 5% discount! The item description was very good, the selection was the best I've seen, and it works great too. I had never even heard of the site, but it came up on a search for this style of toaster. I placed my order easily (easier than most on-line orders I've placed) but made a mistake on my email address for my order confirmation, which I only realized after the fact. I immediately emailed Customer Service with my order number and the issue/correction. I received a reply with a half an hour! Chanie Keys had found my bounced order confirmation, corrected my email address and attached the confirmation on her reply. This was bar none the best, quickest and most effective customer service I have ever received on any order - internet or otherwise. I got my tracking info later that same day (again, it shipped earlier than anticipated) and was able to follow my toaster on its trip across the country and I even knew when to buy bread as my toaster would be waiting for me when I got home yesterday!
I would not only shop with NonOnSale.com again - I am telling everyone I know about my great experiance and recommending the site to anyone who will listen.
