Your Web site was great but you said the product would ship in 1 to 3 days and you would not charge my credit card until you were sure the product was in stock and the process bagan. You charged my credit card on the 24th and today is the 28th at 6:00 p.m. MST - no product - you missed your 1 to 3 days for delivery.

Box came a bit bent up, but product was in good condition. Shipping was overcharged for method and size-I checked with the shipper. Price probably padded to increase profit. Othewise price was very reasonable.

Not happy that it took 3 days to verify shipping location, that had to be resolved by me sending an email asking why the item had not shipped. I got the excuse that verification was going to contact me (of course my email was at 6PM PST on the 2 day on a item that was suppose to ship in 2 days). Third day it was verified, then stayed in warehouse for another day. Should have contacted me on day one if issues with verification instead of waiting for the customer to contact them. Item finally arrived new.
