Over all satisfaction was good. I find that shipping by USPS rather than UPS shortens the Shipping time by half. Would be nice if the option to ship by USPS was offered.

Fast shipping. I placed the order and it arrived 3 days later. Shipping was included in purchase price. I'm happy.The only one who was not happy was the UPS driver who was grumbling when he had to hump my 60 lb air conditioner to my door step, oh well!

I ordered a Farberware Slow Cooker on March 28. It is now April 4. The tracking systems shows it still in the warehouse. I phoned Customer Service on March 31. They said the one Cooker in stock was damaged. They are expecting an order in a few days. I am angry and disappointed.
