The scale didn't work and I couldn't get any satifacrion in other words I was ripped off. Also the package had no bill of lading in the box, which neans no proof of purchace. How about some help?

The item was shipped the same day ordered and was received in two days.
Customer service could not be reached by phone after three attempts.
