I accidentally clicked the wrong shipping method when I ordered my product. I sent an e-mail and the correct shipping method was applied to my order without any hassle. I was not required to cancel my order and start all over. This is the first time I've ever had such a good experience with customer service when it comes to changing shipping on an order.

My biggest problem was I had to enter my information about 4 or 5 times. Did not like the canadian phone number. By then I made a mistake on the postal code and didn't see it in time. Hoping I will receive the parcel after phoning in the correction. I think by then everyone was a bit confused as the correction needed correcting, still hoping the postal server here will look at the address since I'm not sure if the postal code is correct yet. Some question lingeres in my mind!

They sold me exactly what I wanted, which was an item I had difficulty finding elsewhere. The shipment had to come into Canada (where I live) and they took the time to ensure that I understood about the extra shipping charges at this end (over which they have no control) before they completed my order - and *before* they billed me. In short, they acted responsibly and helpfully.
