Got my fondue maker 2 days after placing my order, shipping was free and the price was below market.

Seller did not send shipping confirmation. Also, seller shipped product after 4 business days rather than the 1-2 business days listed on their website.

The blender they sold me look like a refurbished item, and the motor base carried a wrong model number and did not sound right.
Other then those things were about normal. You need a keen ear for the customer service, though.
I finally returned it for refund and brought one from another store, brand new and faster shipping, same price.

I bought my Hoover F4300 and think that I received a great product at a great price. It was delivered on time. Great service

Twice I ordered items they claimed were in stock. Then when I called, several days later, to find out when they were shipping, I was told the stock was damaged and they were waiting for new stock that was due a week later. The first time I checked a week later and got the same story again. I cancelled that purchase. But based on positive reviews, I ordered another item from them, paying extra for immediate shipping, but they did not even have it available to ship and were waiting a new order -- except no one bothered to tell me until I called 3 days later....Needless to say, I will not deal with them again.

I placed an order for the Rancilio Silvia on Monday the 27th, i got it delivered only 2 days later, i was happy to find honest people online, when i placed the order i told them i want to make sure to have it before new years so i wanted the 2-day option, but they told me to choose regular ground for FREE! and the Fedex zones is only a 2 day zone so i will get it before new year's with free ground delivery.

Prices VERY competitive, I Love the Free Shipping, Orders have always been accurate and on time. Most Importantly - I got to trust them after using them 3 times. I know I will get my stuff and that I am not being scammed!

I had an excellent experience shopping with NowOnSale.com.
They had the best price and free shipping on an item that I needed. It arrived promptly and in the condition I expected. I would definitely shop with them again.

Shopping was great - Free shipping got me to order from them. The price was the same as everywhere else, but free shipping really got me in the door. $49 for an espresso machine. However, when I saw my account statement, I was totally surprised by the $100 charge. It seems they figured I would want 2-day shipping; which costs $51. I did not select that option - I remember looking at it and laughing! I have been shopping online for years - I did NOT choose the crazy shipping option. No one will respond except to send me a copy of the shipping orders. Which, by the way, it has been FIVE DAYS and it still isn't even here. They will do what they have to in order to get your money.

Ordering from this company was quick and easy. I know there were some bad reviews about them and I feel sorry for those that got burned, but I got really lucky. Not only did they have the lowest (actually tied for the lowest) price for the Hoover Steam Vac on Epinions.com, but there was also a secret coupon that I was allowed to submit during my order that gave me an additional 5% off my order. Combine that with no shipping fee or tax, and I was totally impressed with the price. Now for the icing on the cake. I don't know how they did this, but the package arrived via UPS, in good condition, and only 22 1/2 hours after I clicked on the "Secure Purchase" button. Granted, New York is not that far from Maryland for shipping, but to process the order and have it on my porch in less than a day is some kind of magic. They must have UPS drivers sitting around in their office waiting to ship out packages.

Horrible. Ordered a scanner which they told me could scan slides. I ordered it and then I paid to have it over nighted.....never arrived. Three weeks later still did not ship. They called and had to ship it to me on the east coast. It did not do slides. They gave me the wrong address to return it and then made a stink out of that. That took weeks for them to find it and I spent hours on the phone with them trying to locate it. Fortunately I had a delivery notice from the post office. Took 6 weeks for a refund from the company with no email indicating it had ever taken place. They deducted one third of the price of the scanner for restocking. An unethical and a very sorry company. Never again. I would rather pay twice for an item than to deal with them.

They did not have coffee machine in stock even though advertised and after two weeks informed me it was no longer available. Customer service seemed nice, however.

Ordering from NowOnSale.com was extremely pleasurable. My car speakers were even delivered to me sooner than expected. I anticipated them to arrive a day or two later. After visually measuring the size of the front speaker to the size of the hole in the door panel, I quickly realized that I ordered the wrong size. I thought for sure that I was going to have a hassle returning this item. I went through the return process on-line and called them the next day as a follow-up. The customer rep (Chanie) was extremely helpful. she not only expedited the return process, but since I had a friend driving through to come visit me, she also made it possible for the exchange item to be available for pickup by my friend.
