Their website is easy to navigate and their confirmation emails contain a link to tracking information. I order many items online and many times it can be a hassle, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I started to place an order for a coffee maker through Epinions.com, There were a list of merchants there which didnt make it easy for me to decide which one to choose. I picked etronics.com based on the volume of reviews they had, BUT after a week i got an email "sorry it is out of stock", after waiting another week to get my money back (after 22 phone calls), I decided to try nowonsale.com.

I was impressed by the courtesy, decisiveness, and efficiency. I would not hesitate to patronize nowonsale.com again, and would gladly recommend this vendor to others.

After finding that there were no stores available in my area to buy a Waring blender, I had no choice but to order for the first time online. I called NowOnSale.com on a Friday, (45 minutes before they closed).
I received my blender the following Wednesday. Good customer service, speedy delivery and blender in great condition. I would order from NowOnSale again.

Your price was one of the lowest and the free shipping was a nice bonus. In addition upon sending a "Thank You" e-mail to NowOnSale I just mentioned as a side point, to make them aware that my unit arrived with a demonstration DVD versus a video as indicated on their site. The next day I received a response stating that they got the manufacture to mail me out the demonstration video(since I do not have a DVD player). You have gone head and shoulders above the competition! Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed with this web site. I placed an order for a product that turned out not to be what I wanted. An employee named Chanie Keys went out of her way to help me return the item and receive a full refund of my money. One of the best sites I've used.

NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a coffee maker from their on-line store and my credit card was charged two days later. I received no confirmation of shipping after four days, even though my card had been charged. I called their customer service department and was told that the item was due to ship any day. I waited two more days, called again, was told it would be shipping any day. I found out NINE days after placing the order that there was NO SUCH ITEM in stock in their warehouse, even though I was able to place the order on-line. In the meantime, I lost the opportunity of purchasing the exact same product at another location. NOT A RECOMMENDED WEBSITE FROM this potential customer who was deceived by reading other reviews.

I originally bought a Villaware blender, then I changed my mind. I emailed nowonsale.com and they answered my email in only 2 hours, stating all I need to do is authorize them to charge me the price difference for the waring blender i wanted.

The blender arrived two days after I placed the order. A beauty!

I ordered an air conditioner, and it was not shipped in the original container, there was inadequate packing material, and it was very beaten up. The plug was bent so badly that you couldn't plug it in, the front grill was smashed, and the handles on the side were damaged. The extra parts (hoses, etc)were just thrown in the bottom of the box, there was no owner's manual or warranty information.

They state that they do not allow returns of air conditioners that are malfunctioning, but they don't take responsibility for goods that are damaged due to inadequate packing, either. There is no proof that this wasn't a damaged unit when they shipped it. When I called them, I was told to email the returns department (which doesn't have a phone number). two weeks later, they e-mail me to call the manufacturer.

DO NOT buy an air conditioner from these people -- if there is anything wrong with it, you're on your own!!

Their website has this information, but it only appears when you look into their returns policy. Caveat emptor, I should have looked at their returns info before purchasing.

Customer service was great until I wanted to return the product that was sub standard. Then I am told that they have a NO RETURN policy! Be careful shopping here!

I ordered a toaster, which arrived defective. I informed the store of the problem and they authorized a return and I had a replacement about a week later. I very pleased with delivery speed, customer service and order accuracy and would purchase from them again.
