This was the first I visited the site and would not hesitate to go back to order items they offer. Very pleased with the ease of navigating the site, very pleased with the delivery as it was ordered and shipped to another person as a gift.

They took 5 business days to finally post tracking info for the order. I spent an entire day trying to call them to get the tracking info, and kept getting a message stating "that extension is not available." At the end of the day, the message changed to announce they would be closed for two days. Since I could not confirm whether the item had shipped or not, I could not buy it elsewhere for fear of being stuck with a duplicate item.
When they reopened, they contacted me and told me they had been closed (duh!) and stated that upon ordering I had a choice of type of shipping (i.e. I could've selected a faster option), but when I checked again, there are options on some items, but NOT the item I ordered.
They are charging 2-day shipping prices for 5 day delivery.
Do I need to continue? Don't bother using these folks to save a few bucks. Spend the extra $10 and get your item on time, and have the info to track it when you need it.

The web page for the item I purchased stated that the item would be shipped between 1-2 business days. The item was not shipped until 4 business days. Once I called to find out the status of my order and was given an expected delivery date the item was delivered on the date specified.

I purchased from this dealer because they had a good price and a high customer satisfaction rating.
The website had entries for billing and shipping addresses but when I got to the last page the form had put my billing address in as my shipping address (this was to be a Valentine's Day gift). I tried to go back and change the order but the website provided no ability to do so. I tried to cancel the order (to start over) and the website provided no means to do so. I tried to call them and no one answered the phone. I tried to email them and no one responded until the next Monday.
'Your' form (the one I am filling out now) needs some TLC, because I haven't received the package and yet it provides no means to leave this form without putting in one of two incorrect answers. You can guess which one is correct.
No tracking information was provided, and since the package was being delivered to another state you have jumped the gun because, to my knowledge, the shipment hasn't yet been delivered.
This was perhaps the worse online purchasing experience I have had, and I don't buy anything but grocerys offline, so you can imagine how much experience I have doing this. This company shouldn't even be allowed to do business online until they get their act together.

Order was placed on 12/19. Tracked order via the website until 12/26. On 12/26 call customer service and requested that the order be cancelled since the merchandise had not been shipped but my credit card had been charged. Customer service indicated that the merchandise was out-of-stock and was puzzled as to why my credit card had been charged. Promised to research and call me back. Did not receive a phone call but did receive and a satisfactory email indicating that my order had been cancelled and the charge to my credit card had been reversed.
I was pleased with the end result but dismayed that I had to track and follow-up with phones calls to ensure that the transaction was properly ended.

Product arrived in good condition. It arrived much quicker than I expected, though I do live in a neighboring state to merchant. Product arrived so quickly that the merchant's order system did not even get a chance to be updated saying it had already shipped.
