Buyer Beware!!

I ordered a Canon S400 on their website, which was easy, however I had to call in to confirm the order. During the call they wanted to up sell with a camera case, memory card, etc. I ordered three day shipping, but they shipped the camera UPS ground! That's four or five days. This is after they assured me the camera would arrive in three days at the most. I had ordered the camera for a two week vacation, however the camera didn't come until we were already out of town due to PCVideoOnline's shipping! I will not be ordering from PCVideoOnline again!!

After ordering a projector for my company over two months ago, PCVideoOnline has provided no follow up to let me know that my projector, the NEC VT560, is backordered. On over 5 occasions I have called to check on the status of this projector, I was transferred to three people, hung up on and treated by the rudest representatives.
Finally after being told the projector would arrive in 5 days, and two weeks later having yet to receive anything, I filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (www1.ifccfbi.gov), as this company is obviously operating a fraud racket. And get this, the owner said to me something to the effect of "Oh why did you go and get me in trouble? If this is a legal matter I can't talk to you anymore." Instead of attempting to help me. The extra money you will save is not worth the hassle! Go to another vendor who appreciates your business, and doesn't rip you off!

The delivery was very late, and they are not responsive. Theirs is a poor business model. I talked to them over the telephone on February 4, 2007 to confirm the order,and they offered faster 3 to 5 days delivery for an extra charge. It took the television 10 days to arrive. I e-mailed them to complain and request that they refund my extra money for delivery. They have not responded as of this date, April 7, 2007.
I would not recommend doing business with this vendor.

Terrible with TERRIBLE SERVICE!

TERRIBLE!!! they have done nothing but give me the run around since I ordered. I even paid for express shipping and 5 days later the item still hasn't shipped. I contacted them today to check on the status but was told that I would now get an email by the end of the day from the Manager "Tony". After being told yesterday that the reason for the delay was due to the item being drop shipped I'm now told that it's shipping from their warehouse (even though the last guy said they didn't have a warehouse and that they are just an office). I called today to cancel but couldn't get through. These guys are SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Spend the extra $20 and go with someone else!!!

PC Video Mall, apparently also doing business as PC Video Online, is a terrible company. Don't be deceived by the friendly, helpful customer service reps! I had to make at least six follow-up service calls to get my order filled completely. Among the things I purchased was an extended warranty, and based on my experience with this company, I will have to assume that the warranty will be worthless. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a Toshiba Laptop online. Got E-mail that I needed to call customer service. Sold me a carrying case & said there would be an additional $25.00 shipping charge in addition to $36.00 for the laptop. They explained the laptop was "Class A reburbished", but this was not on the website when I purchased it. When the laptop arrived there was no carrying case. I called back & they said they would ship it the same day. Also questioned them about the $100.00 rebate Toshiba was offering on the laptop. They said it did not apply the "Class A refurbished" units. After I told them I was not very happy with this purchase, they said they would credit me $50.00. The laptop seems to work fine, but I am not satisfied with the honesty of this company.

It's now JAN. 1st 2004 and I have received a UPS tracking number for my child's Christmas present. 3 Day shipping???
The number doesn't mean any thing was shipped just that they requested a number .So again I wait.
January 8th and the product arrives.Wrong product but in my favor.They sent one better than I ordered and saved me $40 . Ha Ha Ha what can I say.

I ordered a laptop and a mouse. I got another model and a wireless router. I also got charged for the difference in models and $123.00 insurance on the shipment, in addition to $75.00 for next day delivery. Didn't come next day. I called customer service and they were extremely rude. Had to threaten with an attorney to get some of my money refunded and am still out around $75.00 on the entire transaction.

Purchased a Samsung LN-T5265F 52 inch LCD on May 18 using the 3-7 day shipping. Waited and waited with no updates for several days. Checked order status on website and saw that there was a tracking number. Unfortunately, it was wrong and had to be corrected by a staff member. I personally had to follow the trail of shippers to find out who had my TV. PcVideoonline.com did nothing to help me locate it besides giving me a phone number to who they gave it to. After 18 days of waiting, TV finally arrives. Too bad I had to help the driver help carry my newly bought TV up the stairs to my apartment. So, I pay for 3-7 days shipping, play Private I, arrives 18 days later, and then I gotta help with the unloading????? Wow, I definately would not buy from them again. The couple hundred dollars saved is not worth the headache.
