Straightforward

I ordered a Sony DCR-DVD200 camcorder on Sunday night from PCVideo since they had the lowest price including shipping. Being maxed out on the price I could not afford a more name brand merchant. I received an immediate email to confirm shipment via phone. On Monday morning I spoke with Norman (x215) who put a very low pressure pitch on buying an additional battery to which I refused. He then assured me that the camcorder was in stock and could be delivered for Friday. On Wednesday night I received an email tracking confirmation and on Friday my camcorder arrived. (With a free (not so bad) Samsonite camcorder bag!) My price was almost 30% less than retail and 15% less than other well-known online retailers. I got a really great deal on this product. The one issue is that the double sided 80mm DVD-RWs are really hard to find. Forget about a battery, I wish Norman gave me the pitch on buying those DVD-RWs, I would have paid full retail just to get a few.

This company commits fraud and sells used and repaired products as new!

This company commits fraud all day to there customers. Ive been ordering TV's from these guys for about a year. After purchasing around 20 TV's for my business I had 10 TV's fail on me half way through the year. I called the manufacturer and they told me all the units I bought were repaired units! I BOUGHT BRAND NEW UNITS!!! THESE GUYS COMMIT FRAUD!!! THERE RUDE WHEN YOU CALL THEM AND THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR FOREVER. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK 3 TIMES!!!! And everytime I called these guys they put me on hold for 20+ minutes everytime. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF BEING DUPED BY THESE SLICK CROOKS!!!

I purchased an Olympus C-750 digital camera at PCVIDEO. The camera came faster than I expected in perfect shape brand new in the original box. I like the emails I received both with order confirmation and tracking info as well. I highly reccommend these guuys

Used car salesman tactics, sneaky sales reps.

I ordered a Canon Digital Rebel from them and received 2 incorrect items. Rather than have me return them, they wanted to give me a credit, but I said no. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee for their mistake. What is up with that? I told them and insisted they just take the items back and not bother sending me new ones. I received a cold shoulder after that . The sales rep told me he would email me correspondence rather than take care of my questions on the phone.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! They do not know how to run a business. They give you the run around a lot! My Camera has not arrived and from what I suspect when it does it won't be the right one. This business is corrupt and they are con artists!

this is the worst co. i have ever done business with! everything you read about in the other reviews happened to me, i mean everything. rude,hung up on,transferred no one ever picked up,misled, lied to. the unit i ordered arrived after 26 days and many, many bad phone calls. i was overcharged and still have not recieved the promised credit. the money i saved wasn't close to the frustration i went through. the only thing positive was if or when you have a problem go to ext. 202 and talk to jimmy. he is the only civil person i talked to and helped with my problems. thanks jimmy. don't even think about dealing with anyone else.

A very unpleasant 2 month long experience

Ordered a HP 4365 at the beginning of November and told it was on back-order, "call back in 2 weeks". Did the same was told to call back in 2 weeks. Did the same 3 times. Finally when price was adjusted up $100. on site, I called back and
was told they were now in stock at $999. I referenced my (2)
cancelled order #'s @ $899 and they finally agreed to sell for that price and included a free case! BUT to my surprise... they sent me a different laptop (HP 4420) which
goes for $799. It had a slower CPU, 1/2 the advertised memory and no WIFI board as the other model had. TALK ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH! They did reluctantly ship the other 1/2 of the memory and a WIFI plug-in board but I will never do business with these crooks again, especially the sales manager that I spoke with regarding this matter. He couldn't get much ruder.Was late shipping, lost my additional replacement parts order, packaging o.k., LIARS, LIARS, LIARS -BEWARE-

Cautious about how "refurbished" is represented.

Toshiba Laptop: so far OK, BUT: It was presented on phone as "refurbished", meaning only that it was purchased from a company out of business and that by law had to be labeled thusly. A/c to my memory, salesperson said it was "brand new, never been used or out of the box." However, Computer says "factory reconditioned." Customer service claims still that it has "never been used." What does this really mean?

Fantastic. I was concerned after reading all the negative reviews, but I placed the order on a Sony DVD camcorder on Sunday evening anyway. I called Monday morning, the next day, and the salesman treated me in a professional manner. The camera arrived Tuesday, two days later just as promised. I would buy another item from this shop. HORRIBLE

We ordered a computer from PCVideoOnline back in April, at that time we were promised that the computer we received would be new & unopened. When it arrived it was not only open and used but it wasn't even the model we had ordered. We sent it back for an exchange, verifying with Customer that we would be receiving the correct model and were again assured that it would be new and unopened. Again we received the wrong model of computer and it had been refurbished. Now we have been waiting for 5 1/2 weeks for a refund that they keep telling us should already be in our account. We're beginning to doubt if they are ever going to give us our money back. We are so unhappy, we would never buy from them again and will definitely go out of our way to make sure no one else we know does either.

I called PC Video on-line hoping that they would help me get a camera i had long been trying to get in time for a relative flying over seas in one weeks time. I was extremely satisfied when I was told that it would be no problem to have the item shipped right away so that I would receive it on time, guaranteed!!! The salesperson was knowledgeable and the service was quick. I received the camera I wanted, at a great price on time to give to my cousin. I was very satisfied with this shopping experience and I will surly shop with them again.

Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered a TV (over the phone) and was told it would arrive 3-4 weeks later. I asked for a confirmation # or Order # and was told they don't give them out. SKETCHY! I called back three weeks later to check the status and the order was never placed. Long hold times and no resolution when you actually talk to someone. Poor customer service. I would not recommend buying anything from them!! I should have known something was fishy when I called back to ask a question and the guy I placed the order with answered the phone "WHADDUP!"

Wasted my time for two weeks over payment, they said they would ship then not, then they wanted me to send a bill statement to a Yahoo email address! with identity theft so rampant and they are concerned about security! my advice choose another, cheap is not always good! and this company is a bad one.

The old bait-n-switch scheme, I ordered a Canon Macro 100mm
2.8f Zoom lens, received an email telling me to call back,
of course the Canon was out of stock but the "new Canon"
lens (105mm) was in, they did not state precisely that the
lens was a Sigma FOR a Canon and not a genuine Canon.
Charged the advertised price of the Canon lens, could have bought the Sigma at a local store for less! Was gone for
2 months, lens came too late for journey, too late they said, we'll send you a filter kit instead. Thanks a*holes!
