Palm m130 Personal Organizer

Got this unit last month.And it crashed like mad for the first few days.What I hate the most is the very short battery life-needing to recharge it everyday really sux for a non-pc handheld.

Pros: worked great during it's short life
Cons: customer service, battery life, product life

If you're expecting to buy a handheld that will last you a while and is backed by a supportive technical staff, this product is NOT for you. I have owned my m130 for about 1.5 years and it's dead now. The battery will not charge and the customer service has been so awful that I will never buy another Palm product. They certainly don't advertise the fact that after 3 months, you have to pay them $25 just to speak to technical support. This is absurd from a completely technical manufacturer. Palm is an industry leader, so I expected much more as far as product life and customer service.
