Papajohnsonline says I don't have an account, even though I'm using the same email address they sent an order confirmation to 12 days ago. I even copied and pasted the email address they'd sent the confirmation to. Nope, says I don't have an account.

Which, I recall now, is the reason I quit ordering from their website 6 months ago. They keep losing or deleting their customer account information.

Which is about on par with their local store, who can't get the toppings on a 2-topping pizza right half the time.

On the plus side their pizza is always good. So if you like typing in your name, address and etc every time you order from them, then use papajohnsonline. Or if you like surprises, order from one of their stores.

I was unable to order from the site. I tried 5 different credit cards, both MC and Visa, and could never get the site to accept the information. Totally useless. I ended up going out to Cici's instead.

This is the best idea anyone has ever had. I don't have to talk to some overworked teenager on the phone and I have never had an order come to the door wrong. It also seems like the orders come faster when ordered over the internet. The fact that I get an order to my door, correct and in a timely manner makes me in a good mood and more apt to tip the driver generously.

shopping with papa johns sucks...they will only deliver to us when they feel like it and then the order was not right, we have ordered on line twice and they then tell us they don't deliver to our area. We are not even 3 miles a way from my home. They may be scared of the area but tell me why the first time I ordered and they delivered it to me at 11pm and to day I'm ordering it at about 5pm. You do not pick and choose who to deliver to.

Are you people kidding?? Papa John's online couldn't be worse! Go ahead and try it. In fact, pay ahead online. Then when your pizza doesn't show up and the store location doesn't answer the phone or puts you directly on hold indefinitely, you'll have even more fun getting your refund somehow someway. Good luck! And then when you have a problem and want to talk to someone in charge, they'll give you a wrong number for customer service. Or you could go online and send them a stupid generic feedback form. You probably know how effective that will be. So, if you want the convenience of pre-paying for mediocre pizza that won't show or will be hours later than promised without any customer service to hear your complaints, then by all means go to papa johns online. Then, you can come back to epinions and leave a review like mine as your only way to make something good come from your misfortune. Papa Johns blows!

I just tonight ordered my first and last meal through papa johns.com internet ordering service. First of all the confirmation email they sent said 45 minutes until my pizza would be delivered.. it was an hour and 20 minutes, when i called the store to ask where my pizza was.. i was told "its really stupid that way.. it always says 45 minutes.. i dont know why" when my food arrived it was luke warm. i had to pay an extra dollar for pan crust, and an extra dollar for delivery, i also purchased two 20oz pops for over 2.00 just to get a coupon that, their site said i would get for paying such high prices on pop, but when the delivery was made and i asked the delivery man about the "special coupon" from Dicks sporting goods.. he said.. he didnt know anything about it.. pizza was not good, infact my husband and i only stomached one piece each.. i wont be back.

I ordered a pizza online and when they didn't show up I contacted the store and was told they HAD delivered it to me (Funny, I don't remember eating it!!Hmm!!)(The moron driver obviously gave my pizza to any joe schmoe on the street and I'm soooo glad I said I would pay by cash and not credit). He never offered any consolation for their stupidity so I contacted their customer service department and (surprisingly) haven't heard back from them yet. ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT THEIR PIZZA IS 100% BETTER
