Poorly Designed

Pros: Its low profile might help it fit where other units will not.
Cons: Far inferior to the Hughes and RCA receivers that I have previously used.
I have owned four satellite receivers in the last few years: one from RCA, two from Hughes, and this model DSX 5540C from Philips. I was quite happy with the RCA and Hughes models, but this Philips unit is inferior in so many ways that only one word ...
