Pros: HOT coffee, brew one cup, easy to clean, easy to use, cute design
Cons: none since I found insert allowing use of ground coffee instead of expensive pods.

Pros: Insanely great coffee, large variety of beans through third parties, every cup fresh.
Cons: Pods that come with it are terrible; water reservoir too small.

Pros: Easy to use/clean, stylish, versatile (reg. coffee, Eur. coffee, latte, cappuccinos, etc.)

Travel mug won't fit under dispenser.

Pros: Its fast and easy. No thinking involved. Easy to keep clean too.
Cons: Until we found Maxwell House pods I thought it was a lost cause.
Summary: Use good bottled water ( I use Wal-mart drinking water in 1 gallon jugs. ) Also use good coffee (Arabica ,it is smoother) If you use folgers coffee it will taste nasty. Don't use pods you found on sale at a Dept. store they will be nasty and expensive.
