I'd recommend a Uniden phone over this model. The lack of a backlight and the confusing interface is more than enough reason to not recomment the CL4939.

Don't buy. Poor support, quality is not worth price. Replacement is refurbished phone, even if yours is newer.

Vonage promised me service which they didn't provide. They overcharged me on my purchase. Hidden fees. No recovery on equipment. No free month. No recovery on months phone didn't work.
