I've got really ambivalent feelings about this unit. It's a really nice, compact, sleek phone. But I can't forgive an answering machine that hangs up on my customers!

This is a great 2 in 1 combo that I would recommend. Spring the extra $ for the model with build in caller ID. Great sound quality and reliability.

This product has the makings of a great all-in-one phone system. However, the engineers at Panasonic didn't make it user friendly. It's not technology that's a joy to use.
