Owned the phone just over a year. Phone works well. The radio is nearly worthless for AM and sounds horrible for both bands. . . .

It's a good phone that's part of a system that's advertised falsely as being USB capable. Nice features that are *true* 5.8GHz. If you need USB, buy the KX-TGA552M.

bad user interface design. Terrible phone book structure, poor quality build, bad customer service. The only positive is good reception quality
