Pros: Great sound, great price, easy to use, high quality, durable. Cons: You'll want to buy more CDs!
I don't know how I managed to drive so long without a CD player in my car. This CD player is well worth everything I paid for it. Pioneer has a good reputation of providing quality products and I am very pleased with this product. A few of my friends...

Pros: 45wx4,
Customizable Equalizer,
Cool Display,
User Friendly Buttons Cons: Display is really bright at night,
Some of the Pre-EQ settings are useless
I have to admit that I'm not a car stereo fanatic and I can't give details about how this functions with amps etc., but I have a trained ear for quality and I am very happy with this product. With a Bose system in my home, I find that I am just as...

Pros: Price and the sound Cons: no sub preouts
I bought this headunit on ebay for $35 + s/h to replace my old cassette player in my '89 Caprice Brougham. The Caprice came with the premium audio package, so my guess is the stock speakers are pretty decent. The headunit sounds great until I hit ...

NO SOUND
by duster446 ,Jul 04 '04
Pros: easy install, easy to operate, Cons: NO sound after a couple of months
My only complaint is that after several months the sound quit. All indications showed radio working and CD playing. Hit bump one day and sound came on until I turned the truck off and started backup later and no sound. The sound returned briefly and then went off never to be heard from again. Pioneers "Knowledge base and FAQ's where no help.
Thanks

Great Basic CD Player
by chirawan ,Aug 12 '04
Pros: great sound, plenty of power, easy to use Cons: No MP3 or XM support. Face plate is tricky to remove (it sticks sometimes)
I purchased this player about a year and a half ago and I've loved it the entire time. Radio reception is great, and puts out plenty of sound. I've never once had it skip and I live on a very bumpy dirt road. It was well worth the money :-)
