First night the crew out of 4 people could not even tell us where are room was! had a notice on are room door that said our luggage was being held for suspicion of Alcohol so we had to wait at least 45 mins to have NCL search of luggage (after a 5.5 hour flight and jet lag)Boarding the ship was long took over an hour to check in!Service was Bad! Family in stateroom next door to us was rude and the front service desk did nothing to solve the problem!i can go on and on but Don't waste your time on NCL.
