I was surprised at delivery speed. I just order my DVD storage cabinet on Tuesday afternoon and already received my order on Saturday! The quality and look of the cabinet was exactly as described on line and what I expected. The price was one of the lowest for the quality I received.

My biggest concern was getting the cabinet in good shape since it was somewhat expensive. I was worried about scratches or missing parts which it didn't have. However, the one negative comment I do have is my husband ended up having to redrill one of the doors because it wasn't aligning properly so that was a lot of extra work that we didn't plan on. We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinet however.

Racks and Stands (also known as CSN Stores) orders from Homestyles-furniture who then orders the furniture from China. This is very time consuming when you are waiting for replacement parts. The original order was received with 3 damaged parts. The replacement which took 10 days came with 1 damaged part and 1 wrong part. I am now waiting for the 2 parts that I need in order to complete this stand. Also there are minor scratches on the finish and one of the bun feet had no part to screw it in. So NO I would never order from them again or from any company where I have to assemble the furniture. I learned my lesson and from now on I order only from WELL KNOWN COMPANIES AND ONLY FULLY ASSEMBLED FURNITURE.

One piece of product was received damaged and I still have not received replacement part. Product was more than $450 - very disappointed that replacement part has not arrived and will purchase real wood furniture in the future.
