Pros: Fantastic service, great food and wonderful destinations Cons: Vibrations on the back of the ship. Carlson precruise poor documentation.

Pros: Everything included , no extras, frendly warm crew and no crowds. Outstanding food Cons: That I can't be on one more often... you will never be the same.

On-board Smoking
by island1 ,Mar 15 '05
Pros: none Cons: failure of customer service
My wife and I recently took a 33 day cruise on the RSSC Voyager - our fifth cruise with RSSC. Our stateroom had previously been occupied by a heavy smoker, and was by any objective standard, not habitable. We requested another, comparable, stateroom and were told none were available as the cruise was fully booked. We chose not to forfeit our prepaid $25,000, and suffered through 2 weeks of noxious, stale smoke in the stateroom. We complained to ship's personnel and to RSSC headquarters, and have been told to take a hike. The six star service that RSSC styles itself for is sadly missing. We will never sail on RSSC again.
