We have been told by many other companies that we would never be able to refinance. Yes, it was a very hard, long road for us, but Refinance.com and Wells Smith were our tour guides and helped us every step of the way. Even when we were close to giving up the gave us the confidence to continue. They were in contact with us everyday to see how we were doing and what they could do to help. If you feel it can't be done you have not spoken to Refinance.com yet. Special thanks to Wells with all the phone calls and E-mails guiding us to what was needed to be done and how we can do it.

We cant say enough about our great experience with our loan officer Michael Laudisio at refinance.com. He was very informative and always kept in good touch with us, several times a day. Whereas, in the past with other loan officers, with other refinancing companies, we would either never here back or were not able to help us as much as he did. We would defiantly recommend refinance.com. We are very happy and satisfied to be out of the whole we were digging with our previous loan.
