I wanted to send my thanks to Erik Shirkey and the entire RFC team for making it possible to refinance my home in a very difficult financial market. They worked hard to get me into a loan I could afford and that would save me hundreds of dollars monthly and several thoudsands of dollars over the life of the loan. It wasn't always an easy process, but therir "never say die" attitude got it done and I am back to being able to afford living in the house I worked so hard for. Thanks for help and ongoing support!

I was declined by six banks.  I called Residential Finance and we closed on a our Refinance in 11 days.  Within 5 minutes on the phone with the Banker Ryan Takieddine we knew he was experienced and honest, and we felt safe and in great hands.  We were being forced to do something totally different with our bank, but with Ryan he explained 5 options that were all better than the bank.  We got all our credit cards paid off and saved $1500 per month, and lowed our mortgage years from a 27 year to a 15 year.  There are so many bad mortgage company's and Bankers that are ignorant.  About 95% of what they say in the news is true.  If you are looking for the 5% that are honest and will give you great advice and options, call Residential Finance Corporation.  It was great to work with a company that is growing, reputable and honest.  A+ Service.

My home refinance experience with Residential Finance was a pleasure.  When other financial institutions were rejecting me my banker Jason Ciprio kept encouraging me that he would get it done.  And he did.  I don't think that any other banker would go out of their way for me like Jasson did.  With out Jason, his experience, and Residential Fianace my family and I would of had to sell our dream home.  I can't say enough about him and his firm.  Highly recommended!!!!

When I first received information about Residential Finance offering the best interest rate, I was a bit hesitant to make that call.  I thought it sounded too good to be true, but it was worth giving it a shot and "I'm so glad I did!!"

I made the call and was greeted by this cool man, whom later I found out to be Justin Weeks at Residential Finance.  The nicest and coolest person I have ever dealt with.  His charm reeled me in from the start and he was and still remained to this day, the nicest and most professional person I ever dealt with.

"Thank you Justin" for making my husband and I very happy with our new mortgage loan and outstanding interest rate!  You rock, and have no idea how much we appreciate all your hard work in getting us the best deal ever-you made it happen for us.  Yeah Baby!!!

I called RFC on a whim after recieving what I considered to be a "Too Good to Be True" mailing with very low interest rates.  I wasn't really in the market to refinance due to a pretty good interest rate already. I was connected with  Mike Fleishour who offered several different options for a refinance that in the end lowered our interest rate by 2 points, paid off high interest debt and saved us about $560 a month.   Mike Fleishour worked diligently on our loan fighting for us to recieve everything we were offered at the begining of the process. Daily, changes would be coming down the pipes making the loans harder and harder to process with todays economy. Mike and the team at RFC were awesome communicators, staying in touch and answering all questions and concerns in a timely manner. In the end I ended up with a new loan and a new friend with  Mike Fleishour.  I did not feel like just another number with Mike, as he treated my loan with professional, yet personal and friendly dedication to great customer service.  Thank you to Mike and the Team at RFC,  Barbara Lawrence

I really thought I had no chance of getting a low interest rate with the credit score that I had,average at best! When I contacted RFC,Justin Weeks returned my call in a timely mannor and from that time on it was pleasant experience! After spending some time with him on the phone, Justin was positive that he could make my life a lot eaiser.I had a very high interest rate! With his can do make it happen attitude,everything we discussed from the beginning came true.His company saved me 5.5 percentage points,it cut my mortgage in half saving me thousands! In my mind Justins an asset to Residential Finance and his customers.

Mike was very professional, courteous, and persistent. mike fought very hard to get our refinance done.when things got very tough and everyone else would have given up mike fought to get the loan closed. he got us a great rate, and great terms replacing our arm interest only loan. I had been turned down by others and mike went out of his way to make sure things were right for us. mike was always professional and very kind while dealing with all the issues that came up during our refi. I have not seen a person work so hard to make things work when every thing that could possibly go wrong did. there was a time when I wanted to give up but mike would not let me.I am very happy with the service mike  provided us. he is definately an asset to residential finance corporation I have recomended mike to all of my friends and family.
