  • Ri-Ra's in Portland, Maine: Great for Some Guinness!

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff; good variety of atmospheres with separate dining areas
Cons: Downstairs bar area can feel quite cold if it's slow.

Cons: Overpriced, overrated for the quantity and quality of the food. Extremely long waits. Poor service.

Summary: Extremely slow service when the restaurant was not at all busy-45 minute wait for appetizers (mediocre salad-was supposed to be for 2 and I have had salads for 1 that were bigger, and potato cakes which were also nothing special). Then we had another
