Pros: Price, features, programs, ease of sync Cons: Sometimes difficult to see display
I’ve never been one to use planners. In fact, I managed to waste my money on a wonderful leather bound example during college. So, when I started my life in the working world it seemed useless to buy another one.
In stepped the Compaq...

Pros: excellent value, simple sync, easy tap screen Cons: monochrome, small memory
I bought this PocketPC brand new on Ebay for $225.00. That isn't a bad deal for this particular model. It comes with 206Mhz processor and 16Mhz of RAM. Not real powerful, but you can buy accessories to expand the memory. The downfall is that they cost...

Pros: Cheap, fast, Pocket PC OS, Not a Palm, and LONG BATTERY LIFE Cons: somewhat dim monochrome display, no landscape option
I will keep my review short here because there isn't much to say. If you want a cheap, fast, Pocket PC based PDA then there isn't any other choice. Scratch that. There is NO choice if you want a cheap, fast PDA since the Palm units are exponentially...

Pros: Good applications built-in;
Compatibility with MS Office Cons: Dim Screen;
Pen holder will not release pen
As a Palm Pilot III user for several years I have been waiting to upgrade to a brighter screen and increased MS Office compatibility. Having seen the ads for the new Pocket PC's, I knew this was what I wanted, but I just could not afford the iPaqs with...

Pros: Sharp display (even for monochrome), great expandability, a definite for geeks! Cons: Small learning curve, visibility might be tough
I always dreamed of a IPAQ device, but could never afford the $500 color price tag. When I lost my $300 Palm V, I thought my life was over. Just recently, however, I came across this H3150 Monochrome IPAQ w/ 16mb of ram at uBid for $158.00 shipped....
