    Pros: Dependable. Moderately lightweight. Runs Windows 2000 with no problems.
    Cons: Better on desktop than in your lap.

    Pros: Spectacular screen, good keyboard, utterly ridiculous battery life.
    Cons: Rather heavy, looks kind of boring.

    Pros: Easily available, inexpensive solution
    Cons: Older and slower, somewhat bulky compared to newer machines
