Pros: Small, great reception, extremely intuitive. Cons: If you don't like reading instructions, some things take time to figure out.
Summary: Preamble
I've had this phone for 9 months. Prior to this, I had some chunky thang that broke on me. Well actually, I was in a mexican restaurant with my sister, and it fell out of my purse and hit the concrete floor. It sort of split into ... read more

Pros: light weight, AIM, Yahoo features, compact design! Cons: see above!
Summary: This is a great phone that I would recommend to anyone, with one caveat, explained later. I bought the phone with absolutely NO research into cell phones, and was more that pleased with it. Very intuitive (I've never read the manual, yet mastered all ... read more

Pros: Small, sleek. Cons: Ringers hard for me to hear.
Still haven't figured out call waiting.
Summary: Well I have had this phone for over a year now and don't have any serious complaints. The Sprint PCS network could do better on the dropped calls as I feel they are excessive. The phone works well, some of the menus can be tricky and I am too lazy to ... read more

Pros: Great size, easy to use Cons: Sprint PCS Service, wireless connection
Summary: As I'm sure most of you are aware (especially if you are reviewing this phone), Sprint sucks. However, I have yet to discover a wireless company that doesn't at times.
One great thing about Sprint, though, is it's choice of phones. The ... read more

Summary: I was sad to see this phone discontinued, replaced with the A460, about a year ago. This phone looks good and is very compact. At the same time is is very functional: the battery life and reception are excellent. I recently ordered a used one because ... read more

Pros: Form factor, screen size, voice clarity, signal holding strength,PIM functionality Cons: None
Summary: I used to swear by the Samsung 8500, until it suddenly started hiccuping one day, after about a year and a half of five-star service. The day onwards, things seemed to go in a downhill dive and I ended up getting myself the A400 a short while later. ... read more

Pros: Stylish, slim, light, packed with nice features Cons: This model has been discontinued
Summary: The Samsung A400 is an excellent phone. When my trusted Motorola StarTAC died last year I replaced it with a Samsung N200. I was very pleased with this phone. It had all the features I wanted, but I missed the compact flip design of my StarTAC. About a ... read more

Pros: Sleek, slim design; durable; plethora of features; good battery life; Cons: Sprint PCS network
Summary: Two months ago, after years of hanging on to my aging Sprint PCS StarTAC and seeing everyone around me upgrade to newer, sleeker phones, I finally decided that the time had come for a switch. After visiting various online sites, I headed to Circuit City ... read more

Pros: Small, light, fully functional phone for a great price. Cons: Sprint PCS customer service is slow. Lots of problems with "Wireless Web"
Summary: UPDATE:
This phone crapped out on me! I went to make a call (a rather important business emergency) and the keypad wouldn't let me punch anything in! I couldn't turn the power off, couldn't do anything. I had to pull the battery off and ... read more

Pros: good connection when talking with others
many features and multimedia possibilities Cons: battery dies quickly at work, movies, mall, hospital
Summary: I've had this phone 6 months and due to the price will be stuck with it for quite a while longer. Upon start up, the signal dies for about 2 minutes, but is then fine. Reception is usually good. Trying to switch from one call to an incoming works, but

Pros: none Cons: bad customer service, bad design
Summary: The cell phone stopped working. Problem with power connection. They told me it was because of water damage and they could not do anything. There is a dye strip on the inside that was just fine. I showed them that it was fine and they said that doesnt

Pros: Small. Cons: Doesn't ring when people call me. Battery dies horribly indoors. Makes baby Jesus cry.
Summary: I had a phone I loved. I had Sprint's replacement plan, with a $35 deductible. The phone I loved died. They sent me this phone. It makes the baby Jesus cry. On the plus side, nothing can kill this phone. That's so Sprint won't take it back.

Pros: compact Cons: flip face gives and squeaks loudly, which can be heard on other end; short life-span
Summary: Not even going into the horrible reception I get on this phone (I'm blaming that on my service provider), this phone is a poor piece of equipment. The nifty "flip" design causes a loud squeaking sound when I put the phone on my shoulder, which is
