Pros: Solid, heavy-duty design and construction, long range AM reception Cons: Didn't make too much difference in our situation.

Pros: Excellent AM reception - C Crane has excellent service/support Cons: Heavy / No weather proof case (a must for Oregon outdoor use)

Pros: High quality, easy to use and excellent AM listening range. Cons: It's expensive, no shortwave bands.

Pros: Good sound. Strong AM reception. Many very usable features, incl., sleep timer, etc. Cons: Appears (at least in MY situation) to have poor selectivity in large urban areas.
Summary: I finally bought a CC Radio plus after hearing about it for many years. I love listening to conservative talk radio, and locating AM stations from great distances. I demand good sensitivity and selectivity in the radios I buy, and already own a Sangean

Pros: Nothing, absolutely NOTHING! Cons: Terrible product, unbelievably bad customer service.
