All in all, I would have to give this scanner 2-thumbs up, especially at a price that's just about half that of most others offering the same features.

Got this one awhile ago so i could scan photos and important papers and it is really good works in Windows XP too, Software . . .

One may have problems installing Card Smart drivers. The software running the device is a product called CardIris and many . . .

If you scan a lot of books but cannot afford a planetary scanner, this model will meet your needs. Very reliable thus far.

The scanner is VERY easy to hook up and install.  Software is intuitive.  The specs say 27ppm B&W, 11ppm color.  . . .
