My first experience will be my last experience. Their web form deducted the amount twice. I could understand how mistakes may happen but what I don't understand is a company that will not correct the problem. They simply told me they had a disclaimer statement indicating that they are not responsible for anything. Go figure.

I just received my order for a serving rubbermaid juice pitcher. And the dopes sent me one without the lid. I sent them numerous emails and I have to wait 24-48 hours. Sorry I didint look the up on this site. What good is it that you may get something a little cheaper when the site is so poorly run

       This was my first shopping experience with Shoplet's Online store, and my experience could not have went any better.  I found the website at the bottom of a page I was looking at on ebay.  The link directed me to Shoplet.com's online store.  I ran a search on their website for the product I was looking for. 
       I found the website very easy to use and informative.  When I had finished shopping, I proceeded to the checkout part of the transaction.  I thought checkout was very easy to understand and I had no problems checking out.  Two days later, my bucket arrived in great condition.  It was exactly what was described on the website, and exactly what I was looking for.  The speedy delivery was unbelievable. 
       I will definitely look to Shoplet for office purchases in the future and won't hesitate to recommend Shoplet to other friends and family members or business acquaintances.  Thnak you so much.

Shoplet Online was a great experience. I easily located the items for pricing and descriptions on their web site. The description listing page and picture was accurate and not too busy.  Links worked fine. Checking out was quick and easy- order delivery occured within the time frame given- this was appreciated considering the order was placed before a holiday weekend. All items arrived together and quantities were all correct.  I would definitely order from Shoplet again- great pricing and quick order turnaround!

They did not have the product they claimed to have, even though it showed as "in stock" on my order form. After more than a month of waiting and three requests for status information, they finally told me they were out of it, couldn't get it, and were canceling my order.

Product was cheap enough, but incomplete. When I e-mailed their customer service department, I received no reply. There is no telephone number listed on their web site (please check this for yourself, and ask yourself why). When I went back to re-read some of the merchant opinion sites, the "reviews" started to look pretty fishy. They are VERY well written, and just a little too glowing, like an ad agency would do. They are also duplicated on different sites. Buyer beware!

It was a great and an unusual occurrence to find the PaperMate / Staedtler  Pro-touch II mechanical pencils for purchase and ESPECIALLY the ERASERS for them (difficult and almost impossible to find, much less buy anywhere) at your store.

Reply communication and delivery of the products were very clear and prompt.

The only criticism I have is that the box the items were sent in was waaaaaaay too big for order.  Having ordered 1/2 dozen pencils and a little over a box of erasers, I expected tthe package  to be able to fit into my regular city-sized mailbox, but then it turned out that the packaging was in a box that was at least, if not larger than  9x15x4h.

Other than that, this was a flawless purchase, service, and delivery.  Thanks very much for this shopping experience.
