Pros: Easy to use (I have only been sewing about 6 months)

The machine has been great for the year I've had it. The software for embroidery sucks, but there is amazing support message boards that have been a reliable resource for issues.

Pros: Inexpensive compared to other machines.
Cons: Its a useless piece of garbage.

If you want to buy a piece of junk that doesn't work this is the machine for you. If you enjoy calling customer service to wait on hold for 15 minutes and once they answer they give you a different phone number to call. This phone number answers in French and then hang up on you, this is the machine for you. I have had this machine for six months. It stopped working after one month. I sent it to the authorized repair facility where it sat for 4 months while I got excuses about them waiting for parts etc. When I finally got my machine back, guess what? It still didn't work. Nice huh? So I mailed it back and they kept it a week and then sent it back to me still not working. So at this point I am just frustrated. I own the worlds largest paper weight. Who knows if it will ever be fixed?

I like this machine sometimes, but for the most part it is very unreliable.

I am not new to sewing, but I have had this machine for 7 months and have probably only embroidered a few things successfully. I have to cross my fingers every time I turn it on.

The Autopunch software is very old. It does not have many capabilities and is very annoying.

I really hate the way it adds stitching to my drawings.
The stitches go in all kinds of directions and I am just not sure why.

I drew a flower with just 5 petals and the stitches went from top to bottom and all kinds of ways leaving me with the daunting task of cutting off all the thread.

Also, this machine does not seem to like small graphics. They look horrible even though the picture is clear.
