Pros: Exquisite photo quality, small desktop footprint, USB connection Cons: Costly supplies, no starter pack of paper, no USB cable included, slightly noisy during print
I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this printer, as my previous "photo" ink jet printer left qui ...
Pros: Convenient printer unit, great quality once the bugs are worked out. Cons: 'Auto-Enhance' mode set to 'On' position at factory causing poor quality prints.
I purchased the DPP-EX5 as a companion printer to my Sony CyberShot 3.2MP camera as a way to get around expensive inkjet printing. I was going through ink like water and was not too happy with the quality of prints I was getting. I was actually missing ...
Pros: Just like owning a minilab, excellent quality prints Cons: Expensive supplies, a little slow, noisy, size limitation on prints, drivers could use more functions
When I first saw this printer, I could not help but ask myself if it would be just like the other "photo" printers I had before. The Photosmart 1215, even with its high resolution, still left something to be desired. So I peeked on the 'net and found a ...
Pros: Outstanding Quality, Decent Speed, No Borders, Easy Setup, Easy PC configuration Cons: Slightly more expensive for supplies...but worth it for the quality
After using similar printers made by by family on the HP printers... I chose Sony.. I am sure glad I chose this printer... It is leaps and bounds better than anything I have ever printed from a digital image... there are no borders and operation is a...
Pros: Great Print Quality Cons: Not all functions available
I got this printer for my wife for Christmas because she loves to scrapbook but doesn't really have the time to sit down, select a bunch of photos, upload them to an online printing service, wait for them to be sent, etc. She wanted to be able to see a ...
Pros: Print quality, ease of use, tough little printer! Cons: Cost of paper and print cartridge packs. USB cable and paper/cartridge not supplied.
Terrific alternative to ink-jet printers. I couldn't tell the difference between the Sony developed photograph and a traditionally developed photograph. The only downside is the cost of the paper and print cartridge. However, the print cartridge and paper come packaged together. This saves on buying two separate items or running out of one or the other. If you purchase this printer, make sure you also buy a USB cable and a print cartridge/paper pack because neither are supplied with the printer. I highly recommend this printer to anyone who wants to print 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 photos. Easy to use (especially with Windows XP) and photo quality is top notch.
