Cons: Colombo airport is a dive

A great airline, we did fly Business class and the service was very good, seats, leg room etc were better than BA
Recommend to anyone to travel with them again

Flew from London to Singapore via Colombo. Was called 1 hour before I left to go to Heathrow and was told that my return sector from SIN-CMB had been cancelled meaning a misconnection in CMB. Tried to sort this out at LHR ticket desk, staff very very unhelpful they just palmed me off and said that I'd have to deal with it in CMB. Good flight to CMB, service and food very good on board. Cabin crew friendly and efficient, free alcoholic drinks. At CMB ticket desk were confused, they told me all the CMB-LHR flights were fully booked and they could not reschedule me, even though it was THEIR fault I was misconnecting.
Flight to SIN OK, but a 2.5 hour stop in Kuala Lumpur sat on the plane was uncomfortable (they locked the toilets !).

Return from SIN-CMB check in problems, I was not booked onto the flight, had to push hard to be accepted by staff.
CMB-LHR misconnected and had to pay for a night in CMB. Airline refused to accept liability, then was put on standby for LHR flight. Eventually got on the flight, flight was 1 hour late into LHR.
