This book provides detailed pictures of what muscles you are focusing on during all types lifts. So, if you want to target certain muscle groups or even individual muscle heads (ie: the "long head" of your tricep), it shows you what lifts target that.
If you are an intermediate or advanced lifter, this book is awesome by itself. If you are a novice then I would still recommend this book, but as a secondary reference because it doesn't create excercise programs like other weight training books to go along with the lifts given (ie: 4 sets of 10 reps moving down in weight with each set)
